It started in the bustling streets of downtown LA at Woodbury University in the 1980s, where I immersed myself in fashion design and business administration before completing my education at Cal State Fullerton. Creativity has always been the constant thread weaving through my life's tapestry.
The Silverware Artist
Before I became known for enhancing faces, I spent a decade transforming vintage silverware into wearable art. My jewelry business flourished on Etsy during its pure handmade era, catching the attention of major media outlets. From being featured in newspapers and magazines to having my pieces showcased on the Today Show, I found my first taste of success in turning the ordinary into the extraordinary.
A Vision Born from Instagram Scrolling
As an empty nester, I found myself drawn to two seemingly unrelated passions on Instagram: microblading and vintage trailers. In that moment of digital serendipity, a unique vision was born – one that would combine the charm of a restored 1959 15-foot vintage trailer with the art of cosmetic tattooing.
Labor of Love: Building the Dream
Creating the Mobile Brow Lounge was truly a labor of love. I owe immense gratitude to my children's father, who poured his expertise into transforming this vintage beauty into a licensed Mobile Body Art Facility. The result? A one-of-a-kind studio that brings beauty services directly to my clients' doorsteps.
